| IMPORTANT: All of our fees are bundled into one line item the "169-complete closing" fee. This "169-Complete Closing Fee" includes everything. Processing loan documents, handling title, closing the loan, mobile notary or attorney, overnight fees, run up and record, fund disbursement, tax certification fee, copy fees, and all other associated closing duties. Most title companies end up charging you several different confusing junk fees that end up being added and included on the HUD. These junk fees typically add up to a fee that is higher than our single “Complete Closing Fee”. We believe in transparent pricing and include our fees under this one heading |
IMPORTANT: YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO PLACE AN ORDER ON THIS SITE OR TO SAVE THIS QUOTE. DO NOT CLICK THE BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE THAT STATES “PLACE THIS ORDER” |
| Conversion of our GFE Estimate to a HUD GFE |
#1) Add our 3 fees together- "78-Title Commitment/Short Form", "169-Complete Closing", and "Policy Premium". These 3 fees added together along with any endorsements you may have will be inputted into Line 4 of a HUD GFE #2) Our fee labeled "Total Filing Fee Of Mortgage" can be inputted into Line 7 of a HUD GFE. #3) The varying city, state, and county tax fees can be added together and inputted into Line 8 of a HUD GFE. |
